Regular Commissions

Prices listed include rights to use for streaming and promotional purposes (social media posting, promo graphics, etc). There is an additional fee if you wish to use the art for merch!VGen is my preferred platform for taking commissions. Terms of Service

- Commissions are for personal or streaming use unless the merch fee has been paid. If you have any questions about how you can use your art please feel free to reach out to me on twitter, bluesky or email! [Merch fee includes being able to use your commission for the production of merch such as prints, stickers, keychains, etc which can then be sold to the public.]- I retain all rights to my art unless otherwise discussed beforehand.- Do not under any circumstances use my art for a/i.- Art will be posted to my social media unless otherwise requested by the commissioner! All art may be used for portfolio or promotional purposes. You may repost your artwork wherever you see fit! Please credit @HeySolvae (or just solvae on bluesky) when you do.- I utilize vgens tracking system for commission updates and highly recommend commissioning me through the site! Commissions typically take 1-3 months depending on complexity and queue! I value quality and accuracy in order to provide the best work I possibly can.- Updates are provided at the sketch, lineart and flatcolor stages. Please try to respond within a few days so that I can continue in a timely manner. No updates are provided for skrunklies or experimental skebs!- Please provide visual references! Additional fees may occur if you need me to assist in the character design process.- Payment Policy: Payment is via Paypal only! I will send you an invoice. Payment is required up front with the exception of Live 2D models in which you may pay 50% up front and the other 50% after the sketch phase.- Refund Policy: Because I offer many opportunities to work with you and ensure at various stages that the art is progressing to your satisfaction I will not issue refunds for completed work. A 100% refund will be given if I cancel your commission. A prorated refund may be given at the commissioners request if more than three months have passed and the commission has not progressed past the lineart phase. If you are ordering a skrunkly or a skeb you are aware that I do not provide updates! I will keep the commissioner up to date if circumstances outside of my control occur.- Revision Policy: I offer 3 major revisions during the sketch phase. Minor revisions may be made during the line art and flat color phase. After the final product has been delivered only revisions due to artist error will be made. Any other revisions may incur an additional fee.- Once the work has been completed and approved you will receive the .png of your work via VGen, or by email or discord if VGen was not utilized in the commissioning process. No physical product will be sent.By commissioning me you are letting me know that you have read and understand the above terms of service
